Polyimide Thermofoil flexible heaters, or Kapton heaters, are ideal for applications with space and weight limitations, or where the heater will be exposed to vacuum, oil, or chemicals. These thin, flexible heaters are rugged, accurate and reliable.

All-Polyimide heaters are a high performance alternative to 's standard polyimide flexible heaters, allowing higher temperatures and watt densities. 's unique ability to manufacture these heaters has prompted success in many high-temperature applications worldwide.

All-Polyimide heaters must be factory mounted or clamped to heat sinks and are only available as custom designs.

Silicon Rubber Heaters

Silicone rubber Thermofoil™ heaters have etched-foil elements and are most suited to large-size, industrial and ruggedized applications. Silicone rubber is a rugged, flexible elastomer material with excellent temperature properties.

Silicone rubber blanket heaters with wire-wound heating elements cost less in larger heaters and can reduce capacitive leakage current to meet medical apparatus design standards.
